Does SaaS Alerts store company or customer data?
SaaS Alerts does not store any customer data other than metadata regarding actions taken from user accounts. SaaS Alerts employees do not have access to customer tenants. Functions executed in application code cannot "unintentionally" download files or messages from data repositories (Sharepoint, Drive, Dropbox, etc...). While Monitored product API permissions that allow for API access privileges are required that allow for monitoring connections to access meta-data, SaaS Alerts does not read the contents of any customer files or emails.
The information that is represented in the SaaS Alerts UI, and in tickets that SaaS Alerts sends to MSP partners, is completely representative of the type of metadata that SaaS Alerts stores, for example:
-

-

-
