Contact the Customer Admin or User and make them aware of this event and confirm this is an authorized Device.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 Google reports new device events in a way that not represent what is traditionally considered a new device. Google considers a different browser session or browser version combined with device data as a new device. This means that while the hardware being used to access a session may be the same as previously, the new browser token (or if a browser updated and has a different version number) Google will report this as a new device.
