File Share Event - External Orphaned Link

Any document or folder shared externally to the organization that has not had activity for 30 days or more.

RECOMMENDED ACTION

This event details any document or folder shared externally from the organization that has not had activity for 30 days or more and represents a data risk to your Customer.  It is recommended you communicate the names of the files to your Customer at least once per month.

ALERT TYPE

There is no place in O365 admin monitoring to find orphaned links.  This classification is specific to SaaS Alerts.
