Orphaned Links
What are they?
Orphaned links are links to files shared by users that are accessible to anyone on the internet.
Why does this matter?
We've seen a lot of users share links to budgets and income statements that end up being orphaned links. This means that anyone on the internet can access these private documents.
What to do?
Let your customer know about their orphaned links and ask them to make private documents private and educate them on different sharing options that offer more security.
