To Skip the Creation of a Single or Multiple Queued Tickets
- Go to Analyze and Select the Time Range to view Queued Tickets
- In the Psa Ticket Status(es) Field select Queued
- Select a single or multiple Tickets
Click on Skip at the bottom of the Window
- Select the Product being used to process Tickets
- Click on Skip
Note* - To Select all Tickets to Skip
- Click on the Checkbox at the top of the row to select all tickets in the list
- Click on Skip at the bottom of the window
