This feature allows you to pause and re-activate your PSA ticket notifications. For example, if you had to take a ConnectWise Local Server down for maintenance. It may be helpful if tickets were queued on SaaS Alerts until the maintenance window ends.
To activate the PSA Tickets Queue, please follow the steps below:
- Select the "PSA & Email" tab under "Settings".
- On the "Status" column, select "Paused".
Now your tickets will land in "PSA ticket status - Queued" in SaaS Alerts but no ticket will be generated in your PSA. To reactivate the PSA tickets notification simply select the "Active" position.
Pro tip: Clicking on the "i" under the "Alerts Queued" description will open a new window pointing to the "Analysis" screen showing you all queued events.
