Re-enable the External Partner API - Processed Event Webhooks connection

Should you receive the following Email message:
"SaaS Alerts has suspended the data feed attempts at this time. Please address the offline condition of the webhooks server and re-enable the subscription."

Please take a look at your disabled processed data subscriptions: GET /subscriptions/disabled
