What Does The B2C Message on a Microsoft Connection Mean?

The B2C message is not a connectivity error.  It is simply an informational alert related to licensing stating that a tenant does not have a Microsoft Entra ID P1 (formerly Azure Active Directory P1) license.  Again, this is not an error and may be ignored.
