To access your ticket history please follow the steps below:
- Head over to https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/
- At the top right corner of your screen please Click on "Sign in"
- Select "Access Kaseya Helpdesk"
4. Sign-in using email rkennedy@thetechresource.com and password. Please reset your password if needed.
5. Once logged in, please select the SaaS Alerts Module and click on "My requests" at the top right corner of your screen.
