After a customer is removed, does it automatically delete the Enterprise App in Entra ID?

No, the Enterprise app won't be deleted automatically however, this action will remove all access from our side and SaaS Alerts will no longer be available for the specific organization.

You may want to consider removing the Enterprise App manually.
