What is the difference between Co-managed and RBAC?

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control - Group Access) is a function designed to let partner's customers manage their own organization as an MSP User within the same partner instance, ensuring a limited view, privileges, and controls. MSP Users are only permitted to manage certain Organizations and have a confined view of the "Settings" tab in the SaaS Alerts interface. However, with the partner's authorization, an MSP User may access Respond, Unify, and Fortify features. Each MSP User will have the opportunity to create their own unique credentials.

CO-MANAGED (Co-managed Environment) is aimed for situations where the MSP Partner wants to grant another MSP or a Customer’s Organization the ability to directly login to SaaS Alerts and obtain complete access to all user Alerts and Reports. This constitutes a distinct SaaS Alerts instance, independent from the partner’s instance, granting full command over the Organizations and controls.
