Alert Suppression

How to suppress an Alert

• Within the SaaS Alerts main window, select "Realtime Alerts" Medium, or Critical
• Locate the Alert you want to suppress by selecting CUSTOMER, PRODUCT, USER, IP/LOCATION, and/or DESCRIPTION of the Alert
• Click on "Suppress" for the Alert in question
  
  
  
  

Choose How to Suppress an Alert - Select The Following

• Only the account listed in the event
• Some accounts in the same organization
• All accounts in the same organization
• All accounts in all organizations
• Select the number of days to suppress the Alert
• Click on Suppress when you are done

 

Viewing List of Suppressed Alerts - Releasing Suppression

• Select "Suppressed" from the left side of the SaaS Alerts Main window
• Here you will see all successfully suppressed Alerts
• You can also "Release Suppression" of an Alert here as well.
