How to suppress an Alert
- Within the SaaS Alerts main window, select "Realtime Alerts" Medium, or Critical
- Locate the Alert you want to suppress by selecting CUSTOMER, PRODUCT, USER, IP/LOCATION, and/or DESCRIPTION of the Alert
- Click on "Suppress" for the Alert in question
Choose How to Suppress an Alert - Select The Following
- Only the account listed in the event
- Some accounts in the same organization
- All accounts in the same organization
- All accounts in all organizations
- Select the number of days to suppress the Alert
- Click on Suppress when you are done
Viewing List of Suppressed Alerts - Releasing Suppression
- Select "Suppressed" from the left side of the SaaS Alerts Main window
- Here you will see all successfully suppressed Alerts
- You can also "Release Suppression" of an Alert here as well.
