EDR / Proxy applications and Hardware such as Crowdstrike, Sophos, Bitdefender, AVG, McAfee Connect, Todyl, SonicWall and similar may block cross-site traffic by default which interferes with how the SaaS Alerts application functions. This includes logging into the application, changing between modules, and even connection applications within organizations. Making explicit allow rules for the following sites will help prevent this interference:
"saasalerts.com"
"firebaseapp.com"
"cloudfunctions.net"
"saasalerts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us"
"manage.saasalerts.com"
"firestore.googleapis.com"
"reports.saasalerts.com"
"googleapis.com"
Please also ensure that JavaScript traffic is not disabled as this is needed as well.
Certain setups may need to have whitelisting added for the required domains for SSL/TLS decryption in the firewall and endpoint antivirus settings.
