Organization shows "Pending Onboarding" status

When going through the connection process for an organization afterward the status appears as "Pending Onboarding" this means that the application connection failed or was incomplete. Bear in mind that both Microsoft and Google have sets of pop-ups that must be allowed to properly connect their application to the SaaS Alerts UI. For best results, please use Google Chrome without add-ons to create application connections for new organizations.
