Respond does not require the use of the same Global Admin Account as SaaS Alerts Manage.
The Global Admin Credentials used to log into SaaS Alerts Manage do not also have to be the same credentials used to log into the Respond Module.
A different Global Admin Account for the same Customer Organization may be used to log into Respond. As long as the Global Admin credentials used to log into Respond have permissions to make changes in SaaS Alerts Manage, which should be the case by default.
The Manage app will continue to function properly if a Global Admin is reduced in permission scope to a Global Reader. However, the account used to authorize respond MUST remain a Global Admin to permit respond to modify tenant settings as part of rule automation.
