SaaS Alerts can be integrated with your ticketing system (PSA). You only receive tickets medium and critical alerts and this can be customized to fit your preferences. We log everything and only bubble up the important information.
An email address may also be configured to receive alerts as well (medium and critical statuses).

This article says "An email address may also be configured to receive alerts as well (medium and critical statuses). " But it does not tell you where, or how, to change the email notification settings! I searched the entire help system, cannot figure out how to change email notifications. It also tells you that it can be integrated with you PSA, but does not containe a link to a document that tells you how to do this.
